Integrity Appraisal Services is a locally owned and operated residential real estate valuation company. Alan Tuchfeld, Certified Residential Appraiser, has a vast amount of knowledge of the real estate industry with 20 years experience as a mortgage loan officer and then joining the appraisal profession as a real estate appraiser in 1999. William Kennedy, Licensed Residential Appraiser, joined the company in May, 2020. From its inception in January, 2006, Integrity Appraisal Services continues to grow in marketshare within the Greater Metro Denver area.

Alan created the company with the idea of providing professional, accurate, and reliable appraisals to the real estate community as well those individuals who rely on real property appraisals such as home buyers and current home owners. While these are very important attributes of an appraisal report, Alan and Mark also feel very strongly about making sure these reports are prepared with the highest regard for maintaining and adhering to the appraisal standards set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Thus the name "Integrity Appraisal Services"!

We offer a variety of appraisal services to our clients: Full appraisal reports for attached and detached single family residences; Condominium appraisal reports; Investment property (rental) appraisal reports; Two-Four unit income-producing appraisal reports; Exterior-only appraisal reports; Field and Desk Reviews; and Multi-million dollar property appraisal reports. Since Alan is an FHA registered appraiser, we are authorized by HUD/FHA to complete reports for that agency.

Integrity's clientele consists mainly of mortgage companies that work with individuals interested in either purchasing residential properties or refinancing the homes they currently own. In addition, we assist people who are going through a divorce and need to establish a value on their home; estate planners who are working with clients and their estate needs; homeowners thinking about placing their home on the market; homeowners disputing property tax valuations; and many other people with individual needs for real estate appraisal assistance.
